Our small team is completely dedicated to the people and community that we serve - that includes you.  Each of us has been trained and shaped through different modalities and experiences and we all bring something different to the table. We believe in approaching everything with an attitude of progression; building upon our previous successes, taking with us what is valuable, leaving behind what isn't, and always moving forward.

Don't second guess the program you designed or the cookie cutter workout that you found online; allow us to set realistic goals for you while providing new challenges with every workout, whether with us or on your own at home. We will also provide honest feedback and accurate assessments of your progress and help to correct any postural deviations or muscle imbalances along the way.

Whether you are trying to develop functional strength, lose weight, improve flexibility, or build speed for an upcoming race, we can find new ways to help you bust through plateaus, build upon and learn from your previous successes and continue moving in a way that works for you.

Running Down Stairs
PERSONAL TRAINING

Private, on location personal training with a program designed specifically for your needs and goals. I bring the gym to you, at your home, a local park or a favorite beach. 

In our workouts we will utilize kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, plyo boxes, steel maces, sandbags, heavy ropes, and more. Some of these tools are a little different and require a little more skill development than your standard barbell or resistance machine, but don't be intimidated or dismayed. If you are new to this equipment, then learning how to use them is going to be a lot of fun! And beyond that, they are infinitely useful and challenging in the pursuit of your goals.

Llifting Weights
GROUP EXERCISE

 If you're more comfortable in a group setting or sweating it out with some friends, couple and group training is available as well (discounts for pairs and larger groups).

Every day of the week we also host a group workout or a yoga class in Golden Hill; we provide all necessary equipment, clean towels, and hand sanitizer for everyone, as well as a fun and inviting space for you to meet your neighbors and make some new friends. Classes are $10.

We are now hosting two distinct yoga classes every week - join us in the park at 9:00 AM on Saturdays & Sundays for a flow led by either Alyson LeBeau or Lolo Rowley

Each of these classes is open to all levels and absolute beginners alike; all you need to bring with you is a mat or towel and a bottle of water. Classes are $10.
